PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: October 2026. Brand Bloom Lab ("I", "me") is run by Amina Zakim. This page explains what personal information this website collects and what happens to it.
What I collect
- Scorecard: your first name, email, optional website, and your seven answers and resulting score.
- Audit request: your name, email, website, social profile, business details, country, revenue range, what you sell, your answers about your brand and goals, budget range and timeline.
- Contact form: your name, email and message.
- Newsletter and downloads: your name and email when you ask for a download or a list.
- Payments (existing Founder Brand OS orders only): handled by Stripe. I do not see or store your card details.
- Analytics: page views and clicks, only if you accept analytics cookies. No names or emails are sent to analytics.
Why I collect it
To give you your result, prepare and send your audit, reply to your message, send emails you opted in to, deliver what you ordered, and understand which pages are useful. I rely on your consent for emails and analytics, and on my legitimate interest in running a consultancy for the rest.
Who processes it
- Vercel (website hosting)
- MailerLite (email lists, scorecard and audit records, emails)
- Supabase (stores contact messages and the blog)
- Stripe (payments for existing orders)
- Google Analytics (only after you accept analytics cookies)
How long I keep it
Audit requests and messages are kept while we are in touch and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and you can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. Email hello@brandbloomlab.com and I will reply within 30 days.
Cookies
The site works without cookies. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits. You can decline, and nothing loads. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again.
